Notification of Postponement of the "Unknown Boundaries" Art Design Competition of Hanyang University in Korea in 2023

We hope this letter finds you well. Given the widespread attention and numerous outstanding entries received for this competition, in order to ensure that each contestant has sufficient time to prepare and submit their entries in a fair and equitable environment, the organizers have carefully considered and decided to extend the submission deadline for this competition to March 31, 2024. The announcement of the award-winning entries will remain unchanged.

 

We understand that this adjustment may have some impact on the plans of some contestants, but please understand that our intention is to safeguard the rights and interests of each contestant. We sincerely hope that those who have not yet submitted their entries will seize this opportunity and submit their excellent works as soon as possible.

 

The decision on the adjustment of the competition schedule is as follows:

Submission Period: December 6, 2023 to March 31, 2024.

Initial Evaluation Period: April 1, 2024 to April 7, 2024.

Shortlisted Publicity Period: April 8, 2024 to April 30, 2024.

Payment of Final Review Fee and Modification of Registration Information Period: April 8, 2024 to April 30, 2024.

Final Evaluation Period: May 1, 2024 to May 19, 2024.

Award Announcement: May 20, 2024

Award Ceremony: June 1, 2024
